Finally Someone Is Being Charged With Anna Nicole Smith death!

It takes two long years after Anna Nicole Smith fatal overdose of drugs for the LA authorities to charge her boyfriend cum lawyer, Howard K. Stern for conspiring to provide thousand of prescription pills to the Playboy playmate and reality TV star.

Two doctors, Sandeep Kapoor and Khristine Eroshevich, were also being charged in the case as well. Dr Khristine Eroshevich even wrote some of the drug prescriptions under fictitious name. If they actually did what they are being charged, why must they unlawfully prescribed drugs to Smith? Is it in return for some money?

Why only now that they are being charged? Didn't the police find all those whom were closed to her innocent back then? Is it so difficult to find out that most of the drugs found in Smith room at the time of her death were actually prescribed to Stern? No wonder 600 prescribed pills were missing in her hotel room at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.
