Slant Eyed Photo Can Get You In Trouble!

Perhaps that is what Miley Cyrus will look like when she get to know that a slant eyed woman in California by the name of Lucie J. Kim has filed a $4 billion class action lawsuit case against her. The reason? A slant eyed face of her photo!

Lucie claims that 16-year old Miley owes the 1 million Asian Pacific islander $4,000 each for a violation in civil rights.

It seems that there are still many people out there who are still not very happy with Miley even though she has apologized twice in her blog for her Asian's mocking face. Maybe she is not sincere enough in her apology! We saw many incidents of Miley making a goofy face and maybe this one get a bit too far.

The consolation for the Montana Hannah star here is this case will probably be thrown out of court. Guess it will take a while for Martin Luther King's "We Have A Right" speech to take effect in this area.
