The two hours cardio and strength training three times a week workouts combined with Sunfare 3-meal a day diet plan seemed to be paying off for Britney Spears. That's how Spears got to show off her killer abs in The Circus Starring Britney Spears rehearsal tour on last Monday in her website. Man, she sure looks amazing with her toned and tout abdominal muscle when you compared that with her picture in the 2007 MTV Awards.

Shedding 20 pounds in recent months, it seemed that Spears, 27, was also promoting Lisa Kline J'aime Drawstring Pants which you can't miss. It shows that Britney Spears is actively promoting and supporting breast cancer research by wearing it.

Spear's world tour will kick off in March 3 in her hometown in Louisiana. The 44-date tour which runs for 4 months will cover the States, Canada and Europe. It look like Spears is making a comeback after the Womanizer hit.
